it is simpler than you think. And here is how you can do it in four easy steps.

  1. Get your design template or stencil ready. You can print your template from the internet images or drawings.
  2. Then put the template on the pyrography material and place the carbon paper beneath the template.
  3. Secure the template and the paper with masking tape so that they won’t move unexpectedly. I ruined many of my designs whenever I avoided fixing the materials. But you can troubleshoot the problems once you read this woodburn troubleshooting notes. You can try using pencil eraser first and then sanding the wood surface.
  4. Use a pencil to trace over the template design or pattern until you are done and remove them.
